Paris Take Two!

For those of you who are avid followers of the blog, you may remember we took a quick trip to Paris right after moving to Brussels. We drove in for the day and didn't get to see as much as we would have liked, so decided to take another quick trip last weekend.

Those of you in the States were off for Memorial Day on Monday, while those of us in Brussels were off for Ascention Day on Thursday....And since Friday was a gap day, we decided to spend the long weekend in Paris.

Paris is such an amazing city with so much to offer. Luckily for us, it is a really easy drive. We hopped in the car on Thursday and were in Paris in about three hours. The first day we went to the Eiffel Tower, which we actually visited on our first trip, because you can't go to Paris without seeing it! We finished up the evening with the big red bus tour and saw almost all of Paris. Great way to see a lot of the city in a short time.

On Friday, I introduced Robert to the happiest place on earth - Disney! We had a great time riding all of the high speed, high excitement rides that aren't recommended for those with heart, back, or neck problems. Luckily for me, the warnings didn't mention problems for individuals with knee problems!

Saturday was our last day in the city, but we couldn't leave without a trip to Hard Rock cafe where we celebrated Kristy's promotion to manager. Congrats KP! You will be a great manager.. Just like you are a great friend!
