There are so many amazing characteristics of Brussels... the food, the beer, chocolate, architecture, museums, music, etc. The list is a mile long. But, with all good things.....
Belgium is notorious for having poor customer service. For me, it is hard to understand, coming from a background where better customer service equals more money.
Not here. Phone calls to the phone company take 2 hours, just to find out you will have a technician at your house between 8 and 4, but he doesn't show up until the next day and so on. It's comical actually.
The way to handle it is to sit back, have a beer and laugh it off. Everyone else does.
So, I'm sure you can understand why I got so much gratification out of the video below. My friend Randy posted this on the STUDS blog and gave a good write up as well. Check it out.
